Having started a small business 15 years ago, Chad has since grown his business portfolio to include activities such as Sub Divisions, Housing, Commercial and Industrial.

 

In the early years while Chad was developing his businesses, he spent 12 years working at Olympic Dam. Chad spent this time working through most areas of the mine, from the Processing End to Underground, operating a large variety of heavy machinery.

 

As his experience grows along with his businesses, Chad has always been a prominent member of the community. Having sat on many of the local Business and Community Boards both within the local region and expanding across the State, Chad prides himself on his community involvement.

Clifford started his working career as a Check out operator working his way to management levels within his first years with the company. At the age of 19 Clifford craved to work in the outdoors and begun a new career as a Labourer.

 

Demonstrating his drive and commitment to his work, Clifford quickly worked his way through the ranks to Project Management; supervising jobs, quoting and delivering his quality work to his vast array of Clients.

 

Clifford has gained extensive knowledge in Demolition, Civil, Asbestos Handling, Construction Works and worked on large scale projects such as Train Derailment Clean Ups, Defence Trials and Infrastructure Up Grades for Mining Camps.

Simon has a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) and has five years’ experience ranging from site engineer to project manager of a $10M civil project.

 

His experience has mostly been through civil construction on various mine sites throughout central Queensland and South Australia.

 

These projects have included construction of roads, gabion & concrete spillways, drainage channels, dams, overburden rehabilitation and various concrete works.

Nat has 18 years’ industry experience delivering multi-million dollar contracts for EPCMs.

 

Nat is our sole supervisor for the Minor Civil contract and is directly responsible for managing this $3 Million contract. Nat is a pro-active manager who has a keen eye for quality management, delivering standards that are representative of complex project works with Zero tolerance towards risk.

 

Nat is also capable of contract reviews, construction programs, compliance / risk control, project strategy / delivery, meeting project targets and maintaining client relationships.
